Mr. Met likes to keep in touch with former Mets. It was thirty-five years ago today that Tom Terrific struck out a then-record 19 San Diego Padres, including the last 10 batters (still a record for most consecutive strike-outs!).

What about Duffy Dyer? He was the catcher.

tien - is it stalking when you jump out of the car, take the photo, and jump back in the car?
isabel - Every once in a while Mr. Met goes on a trip, but usually he stays home.
judy - Duffy Dyer is managing the Erie SeaWolves this season. I don't have any plans to visit Erie anytime soon.

i think it's stalking when you jump out of a car, take a photo, and jump back in your car.
But it's stalking for your art.
