I was inspired by The Wapa. On the way back from upstate a few weeks ago I stopped for dinner at the West Taghkanic Diner. The spaghetti with meatballs special was okay. The food is almost beside the point when you have a sign that good!

Thanks for the shoutout! That is a beaut. It is huge - it's almost like a rudder up there. And the diner itself is pretty. Yes, as long as the food is edible, it's worth eating here.

I forgot to mention, the diner is easy to get to off the Taconic Parkway. You might be able to get some succotash there.
