Freakin' Ficus Fruit

The ficus plant in the atrium of our building at work decided to bear fruit this fall.  As best I can recall this is the first time the plant has produced fruit in the twelve years I've worked in the building.  You can tell by the dust on the leaves that the tree gets a lot of TLC.

Is freakin' the official name? I can see some plastic animals hanging in the tree.
