I saw this yesterday at 116th St. and Park Ave. Someone has designed and carefully, they even have holes for the sign's lights, produced a plastic baseball uniform for the walk sign. The walk/don't walk signs have gotten more sophisticated since December. I wonder if Fox 5 News will be in touch?
