This is Sparky's chili, cheddar cheese, mustard and onion hot dog (larger photo on Flickr). Sparky's is a new hot dog place in the skinny building on Lafayette at Bleecker. The all-beef dog itself was delicous (they also have soy dogs). There was too much of the sharp cheddar and it overwhelmed the little bit of chili. You can get a very thick milkshake at Sparky's. I wasn't playing close attention but the making of the milkshake seemed to be very complicated. The fries looked excellent but I was not that hungry. I shall return to try the fries and a dog with less cheese -perhaps the chili and coleslaw dog. I will pay closer attention to the making of the milkshake. Pavement's "Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain" played on the stereo.
After I ordered, but before I sat down, the friendly guy filling the napkin holders shouted out "Look at that!" and pointed outside. A dozen or more circus clowns were bicycling up Lafayette.
Why is president Bush so awesome? Rocketboom finds many answers.
Oo, I'm curious about the thick milkshake. As in, "can hardly suck through a straw" thick? Those are my favorite.

It was really thick. I could suck it through a straw but a spoon would have been just as efficient.

Any place that plays Cr/Cr and serves hot dogs that look that good sounds incredible.

Exactly.
