These stickers are everywhere uptown. Adames is José Adames, perennial candidate for office. In addition to running for mayor last fall, he has unsuccessfully run for City Council, Congress, State Senate and President of the Dominican Republic according to the Gotham Gazette. Latin rapper Minus P met Mr. Adames just a few weeks ago putting up one of his posters.
