I'm experimenting with <a href="http://www.videoegg.com">VideoEgg</a>. It lets me upload movie files, converts them into Flash format, and publishes the post directly to this page. On preview the video doesn't look too degraded but the audio isn't nearly as good as the original (and the original isn't that great). I'm doing 60, that wind should be howling!
