That's interesting that some buildings go up more quickly than others. The bldg at 115th and Frederick D went up lickety split, but yet the Gateway building down the street still remains the same.... Why is this?


I've noticed that too. I've always assumed the speed of construction depended on the financial resources of the builder and the competence of the contractor to schedule the construction.
