I love ricotta pie! Do you have some Italian connection?
Everybody's cooking today, just came over from Greece with a full (albeit virtuell) plate, is it the season? ;-)

No Italian connection, I just had a lot of ricotta on hand.

I don't know about Greece or Vienna, but the weather has finally cooled in New York, putting me in a baking mood.
