Why is it some people have the need for a multitude of proscriptive signs? These three are on an apartment building on Chrystie Street. Why is it that diners have a greater frequency of proscriptive signs than other businesses? I've found that there is an inverse relationship between signs telling you what not to do and quality of food in a diner. All those "do not..."'s are a not-so-subliminal hint to not eat at that diner. Run away!
No hearts, indeed ;-)
