Brickwork has begun on the Kalahari!
Plus their website has been updated. The construction blog with one entry has disappeared. In its place is a form for sales information. Luxury hybrid 2-4 bedroom condo apartments from the mid-$600,000s. What is a hybrid home?
Aren't you amazed at how much this neighborhood is now going for? There are Luxury apartments over Rao's and this place is starting in the $600,000s? Gasp! But hey, we're getting a Target and Home Depot if they ever finish with the pile driving. And my school is almost finished with its face lift.

Hybrid home is a green property....I think they have some information on it on the website. The sales manager does a nice job of describing all of the wonderful Earth-friendly features of the property.

Ah, a hybrid home is a green building. That sort of makes sense. Do they get their power from different sources?
