Yesterday's paper had a story about the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail that runs from McKeesport, PA to Cumberland, MD. I was on that trail! I had a very pleasant ride through Connellsville and up to Dawson and back one morning. The arch greets riders as they head south into Connellsville.

Devorah: Did you ride the whole trail? I spent two nights in Connellsville. It was... interesting... and perhaps a day too long.
Dane: There's a small community of glass artists in Connellsville. I'm guessing they made the stained glass in the arch.
