For the second time this month daffodils are blooming in Morningside Park. With temperatures forecast to be in the 50s for at least a couple days this week there will undoubtedly be more. I wonder if any will around to bloom at the more traditional time of year?

I heard that at least one ice fishing tournament in Minnesota had to be cancelled for lack of ice thickness.
